Good the luxurious amenities available here were simply exquisite. the indoor swimming pool and spa center were top notch. the staff were helpful and professional, going above and beyond to cater to my needs. the restaurant served delicious in-room breakfast and had a nice bar/lounge area offering special diet menus. the venue is brand-new, situated in a great location with easy access to Lotte world. the size of my room was good, very clean, modern, and had private facilities.

The staff were great too make our experience lovely. The hotel facilities were great, with a 24/7 gym, a swimming pool with amazing views, and a great cafe/restaurant. The location was perfect for families, as it was right next to Lotte World Mall and Magic Island, with an aquarium and plenty of entertainment options. The metro station nearby made it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the breakfast served was fabulous.

The hotel is conveniently located near Lotte World, making it easy to access and perfect for families with kids. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The swimming pool is fun for children as it is not too deep, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the hotel is close to a metro station, making transportation throughout the city a breeze.
The laundry services at the hotel were quite expensive.
